Rethinking Economics Finland

Our group’s members have a wide range of specialities and consist of doctoral researchers, students, professors and working economists. Topics we strive to include in curriculums and through public presentations are, for example, feminist economics, decolonial perspectives on economics, the monetary system, critical theories, ecological economics and political economy. Although the organization is new in Finland, we have members who hold central positions in other organizations related to Rethinking Economics and who will connect with these to form a broad coalition of people who wish to change economics towards a plurality of perspectives.
